INCULCATING DAILY EXERCISE HABIT
  • Your child will be taught basic exercises which they will be asked to perform everyday for about 30-45 minutes a day. These exercises will keep them physically fit & healthy lifelong.

INCULCATING CORRECT WAY OF BREATHING
  • Surveys conducted all over the world mention that more than 70-80% of humans breathe incorrectly. Their breath is either fast & shallow (only till upper or middle part of chest) or they breathe through their mouth. Correct breathing is the one that’s deep & long till the abdomen. Incorrect breathing is the reason behind increased health issues & disturbed emotions in modern human. Your child would be taught pranayam & will be asked to perform it daily for about 30 minutes so that their breath automatically becomes deep & long; so that 70% detoxification which happens through breath takes place in them thereby keeping them physically & mentally healthy.
  • They will be educated about the benefits & importance of correct breathing & pranayam, and the positive impacts they can create on their life so that they are self-motivated to perform these breathing exercises daily.

They get influenced by their peers, online content, media, movies and any other information that reaches them.
