Harmful Effects Of Anger Related Emotions & Importance of Forgiveness

Holding on to negative emotions like grudge, complain and anger plays a havoc on one's body. Excess release of hormones and chemicals like cortisol, which are a byproduct of such emotions, results in formation of serious diseases and illnesses gradually.

Krodha (Anger) is considered to be one of the 5 Vikaras, and hence is considered to be a Sin in almost all the religions. And it is believed that some outside force of the Universe, may be God, punishes those who indulge in anger often.

A point to be understood here is that everything written in religious scriptures is symbolic and there's always a hidden learning behind.

No outside force would punish you for getting angry since this world is governed by certain physical laws. One such law is that the very act of getting angry in itself creates an automatic punishment for a person. For example - anger, by default, results in excess release of hormones like cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline. Increased release of such hormones weakens the immune system and also results in a severe negative impact on heart and other body organs.

I have talked about just one of the adverse effects above. There are 100 more such reasons to get rid of anger for your own individual well-being.

Would you not want to take a conscious decision today to work towards overcoming your anger issues, just in case if you have any?

Forgiveness is the key to keeping oneself Happy and Healthy. It's about understanding that this is all Karmic Exchange taking place. So what others do to me, good or bad, is my karma and the other person is just playing his role inspired by the destiny that I wrote myself as a soul & vibration that I emit. So when it is my Karma doing the trick then Why the complain? Why the grudge?

Bad Mental Health & Unpleasant Emotions Form Diseases In Physical Body

Various studies conducted in the field of medical science confirm that Majority of The Diseases Are Psychosomatic i.e. they have mental reasons behind them.

Negative thoughts, feeling, emotions, perceptions and beliefs are like slow poison to humans. When a person keeps experiencing unpleasant emotions like unhappiness, hurt, grief, anger, irritation, grudge, hatred, guilt, self-blame, worry, fear, insecurity, unsafe, incapable, helpless etc., it keeps secreting stress hormones and chemicals like cortisol within them, which when released in excess form all sorts of diseases in the body.

Unpleasant thoughts, feelings & emotions keep degrading the physical health silently and steadily and then manifest in the form of a disease.

Hence, to live a healthy life, it is of utmost importance to remain in a good state of mind and unfold positive emotions like happiness, joy, peace, compassion, kindness, unconditional love, acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, self-love and faith within oneself.

Someone Else Is Doing Things To Me Is An Illusion - I AM THE CREATOR!

Whether you are aware of this or not, the truth is 'YOU ARE THE CREATOR' and hence the reason behind everything that's happening in your life.

Here's the explanation..
We all have originated from the 'SUPREME CONSCIOUSNESS' that we call God. And it is this supreme consciousness that created this whole Universe through intention. Being originated from this divine energy, 'EACH HUMAN HAS THE SAME CREATION POWER' just like their source. It happens the same way like a glass of water will still quench thirst even though it's no longer part of the river. The point i am trying to make here is, The Properties Remain Intact!

Taking this learning further, a human being is always creating his life situations through his beliefs, emotions and thoughts. We humans continuously emit the vibrational frequency related to our thoughts. Each thought has a different vibrational frequency. And this vibrational frequency connects to similar energy in the Universe and manifests similar situations in a person's life. For example - if you believe and think that people insult you, you will manifest insult; and accordingly if you believe and feel that people respect you, you will manifest respect.

THIS IS A LAW AND IT WON'T CHANGE WHETHER YOU AGREE TO THIS OR NOT - WHETHER YOU WANT TO OPEN YOUR EYES TO THIS FACT OR KEEP THEM CLOSED IS YOUR CHOICE, AND ULTIMATELY THIS CHOICE IS WHAT WOULD CONTROL YOUR LIFE'S INCIDENTS.

Power Of Self-Acceptance.

Non-acceptance of Self leads to unsettling emotions like guilt, self-blame, disappointment and unhappiness.

Do you want to experience such emotions? Do you want to feel disappointed with yourself? Do you want to get unhappy out of guilt?

I'm sure, your answer is NO.

You are important, Your happiness is important. So you don't want to suffer due to negative self-talk. You want to be Happy instead and indulge in positive self-talk and take positive actions to grow and improve. Right?

Hence, the solution is Self-acceptance. Self-acceptance here doesn't mean that you continue indulging in a harmful habit or allow the weakness to continue. NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEAN!

By Self-acceptance I mean that -

  • First of all you recognize the aspect you need to change about yourself without keeping any bad feelings about yourself. I am not good enough, why am I like this, I don't like myself - NO SUCH FEELINGS TO BE ENTERTAINED. Tell yourself that you have started working on yourself and growth is just a matter of time now.
  • Then give yourself the required time to change. Rome wasn't built in a day - everything needs time.
  • Keep working towards a change in a sincere and disciplined manner. Change needs sincere efforts too.
  • And don't entertain any negative emotions like self-blame or guilt while you go through the process of growth. Because if you entertain any negative emotions, it will burden your mind and make the process difficult to execute.
  • If you falter by chance, still you won't entertain any negative thoughts or feelings about yourself. You'll come back and come back stronger than before. More dedicated and more focused - fall down seven times, get up eight.

Happiness Is A HABIT Built Out Of Choice.

Happiness is the most fundamental reason for humans to live. Anything that a person wants, he wants it because achievement of that would provide him happiness. Isn't it?

So is it right if any of your wishes and desires have become the reasons that have taken you away from happiness? Is there any point of desiring something so dearly that it now keeps you unhappy or makes you feel deprived or hyper or keeps you in any similar unpleasant state? Ask yourself!

Hence, if your happiness is situational, it isn't real happiness. You'll be happy one day and sad on the other. This would keep happening in circles, and this is what happens to most of the people. Their life becomes a roller coaster. Isn't it?

THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH DESIRES BUT DONT GET UNHAPPY IF THEY AREN'T FULFILLED OR ARE TAKING TIME TO BECOME A PHYSICAL REALITY.

PRIORITIZE YOUR HAPPINESS. MAKE IT A CHOICE BECAUSE YOU NOW UNDERATAND THAT HAPPINESS IS YOUR MOST FUNDAMENTAL NEED.

Here's a powerful tip - Most people are just as happy as they make their minds to be. Happiness starts with choosing happiness consciously every day. Tell yourself - Happiness is my topmost priority AND I WANT TO BE HAPPY. Practice keeping yourself joyful and happy. People who don't have happiness as a choice and haven't practiced keeping themselves happy get effected more by the bad days than the good days. On the contrary, people who have consciously practiced being happy make the best out of good days and get least affected by the bad days.

Dream - Believe - Create – Achieve.

As I described in my earlier post, for changing your life situations you'll have to alter your 'Beliefs'. It is 'what you believe' that would decide what kind of thoughts would arise in your mind. For example - a person who has been successful in his past business ventures would naturally believe that his next venture would be a success too. On the contrary, a person who has suffered failed businesses in the past would keep getting 'thoughts of failure' like what if this business fails too. He would keep getting related thoughts. His mind would keep creating related pictures and situations within it.

These thoughts have a 'VIBRATION. Law of Vibration says that everything in this universe is vibrating at a specific frequency. Everything in Energy.

So what would happen if you have thoughts of failure in your mind?

YOU WOULD CONNECT TO THE ENERGY OF FAILURE AND MANIFEST A FAILED BUSINESS VENTURE.

THIS IS A LAW AND A LAW DOESN'T HAVE AN EXCEPTION.

So to achieve what you want follow these steps -
  • DREAM - VISUALIZE - Your subconscious is innocent. It perceives visualization as physical reality. So when you visualize, it creates impressions on your subconscious mind. These new impressions then gradually replace the old harmful beliefs in mind.
  • BELIEVE - While Visualization is at work, also deliberately stop any unwanted thoughts that come to your mind. Refrain from believing anything that you don't want. Do it out of an understanding that YOU DON'T WANT TO CONNECT TO ANY UNWANTED ENERGY IN THE UNIVERSE BECAUSE THAT WOULD MANIFEST SUFFERING IN LIFE. Once you keep practicing this, you would gradually start mastering this.
  • CREATE - As you keep visualizing and believing what you want, you would start connecting to similar vibrational frequencies in the Universe. This would provide you the power to create out of choice - create whatever you want for yourself
  • ACHIEVE - All said and done, everything requires SINCERE PHYSICAL EFFORTS too. It's the time to give it your best and spare no stone unturned - BE A KARAMYOGI, BE AN ACHIEVER!

Know Your Soul Seeking

Firstly, once you start connecting to 'YOUR REAL SELF' (not the physical body), you would know your true 'SOUL SEEKING'. You connect to your real self when you calm your mind, you calm the constant noise within.

Secondly, there's a difference between Desire and Soul Seeking. Soul seeking is a BURNING DESIRE, it is something that SETS YOUR SOUL ON FIRE!

This seeking is your 'Life Path' and the 'Destination'. THIS IS WHERE YOUR REAL HAPPINESS LIES.

KNOWING YOUR SOUL SEEKING IS WHAT YOU IMMEDIATELY OWE TO YOURSELF BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT WOULD GIVE THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO YOUR LIFE. THIS WILL TAKE YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.

Once you have figured out what your Heart desires, what your soul desires, GIVE IT ALL THAT YOU HAVE.

You would see that giving your seeking all that you have is making you enjoy your journey so much. YOU'LL EXPERIENCE JOY LIKE NEVER BEFORE

And once this happens, nothing else matters - no logic, no societal judgements, no validations from outside, nothing!

All that would matter is - YOUR OWN DIVINE BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY AND THE ENJOYMENT THAT YOU EXPERIENCE WHILE ON YOUR BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY.

Get Rid Of The Burdens Of The Past

Past Hurts, Traumas, Painful Memories, Complaints, Anger, Grudges and Resentment are such a heavy burden on Heart & Mind, and should be released and let go of as soon as possible.

Not for anyone else, but FOR MY OWN PEACE and WELL-BEING.

Many people remember the happy incident once or twice and then just forget it. But when it comes to unhappy memories of the past and related emotions, they keep remembering and experiencing them over and over again.

IS IT NOT TORTURING YOUR OWN SELF?

Let me explain this in a more simplified manner.

Do two small activities right now

Activity 1 - Close your eyes and remember one really bad memory from your past. Something that really hurt you or caused you pain. See in your mind what happened back then.

Now introspect, how do you feel in the present moment? Did remembering the painful incident from the past make you experience any unpleasant feelings? Can you feel that slight sinking feeling in your heart?

Activity 2 - Close your eyes and remember one excellent happy memory from your past. Something that really made you happy and joyous. See in your mind what happened back then.

Now introspect, how do you feel in the present moment? Did remembering the happy incident from the past uplift your mood? Can you see that your heart felt happy?

I know the answers and so do you.

This is what a lot of people do to themselves unknowingly everyday when they carry past burdens with them - THEY CAUSE THEMSELVES INCONVENIENCE AND DIMINISH THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIFE.

EVEN IF YOU THINK SOMEONE ELSE DID SOME HARM TO YOU - CHEATED YOU, ILL-TREATED YOU, HARMED YOU, HURT YOU, LEFT YOU ETC., WOULD YOU WANT TO KEEP PUNISHING YOURSELF FOR HIS WRONG DOING?

So what would you choose today and everyday from now on - holding on to the burden of your past hurts or liberating yourself from this burden to feel lighter and at peace?

Power Of Self-Belief.

When You Believe In Yourself, When You Believe You Are Capable - Miracles Happen!

Miracles happen because -

Your belief in self changes the way you operate. You approach your goals with confidence and self-trust. This confidence and self-trust becomes visible in your actions and behaviour. You take powerful actions. What happens when your actions are powerful? You are able to achieve what you desire.

Your belief energizes you. You feel loaded with energy. Your energy automatically guides you towards the right decisions. You automatically take the right direction. What happens when you take correct decisions and right direction? You are able to achieve what you desire.

When you believe in yourself others can sense it. They too generate trust in you. When people trust you, they provide you with opportunities to grow. What happens when you have the right opportunities coming your way? You are able to achieve what you desire.

When you believe you can achieve your goal, it makes you fearless. You become brave. And it is said - Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are stiffened. Since you are brave, your powerful energy speaks for itself. You are able to motivate others. You become a leader. What happens when you become capable of motivating others? You are able to achieve what you desire.

SELF BELIEF MAKES YOU TEJASVI. AND SOMEONE WHO IS TEJASVI WINS IN EACH AREA OF LIFE. THERE'S NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE FOR SUCH A PERSON.

Self-Introspection - Rate Your Happiness On A Scale Of 1-10.

Self-Introspection is important. It gives you a reality check. It is through self-introspection that you recognize strong and weak areas of life. It is only once you realize what needs to be improved, do you take the required actions.

Let's start with this Self-Introspection Exercise -

Rate your Happiness on a scale of 1 to 10. Do you generally remain happy, joyous, peaceful at most times or is it the other way around? You are generally irritable, unhappy, low, restless, worried, tense and stressed? Rate your happiness index accordingly.

Ideally your happiness should be 10/10 but that needs some work on the self to be achieved. For now, even if it is 8/10, it is Ok.

However, if it is any less than 8 then you are going wrong in your thoughts, emotions and outlook, and this you need to change about yourself. And if it is below 5, it's an urgency that demands your immediate attention for your own well-being. Your emotions, thoughts and outlook have seriously gone haywire it means.

Try and introspect where are you going wrong? What harmful thoughts, beliefs and emotions are you constantly entertaining? Because it is only after you would know, would you correct them!

I Am My Own Best Friend

It is very important to feel Whole and Complete. Create a Feeling of Completeness within yourself.

Relationships are a gift but you'll be able to experience the sweet nectar of beautiful relationships only if you first have a feeling of completeness within you.

Else the incompleteness and emptiness would keep getting visible in relationships, whether friendship, spousal, sibling, parent-child or any other relationship. It would get reflected in the form of insecurity, unfulfilled expectations, possessiveness, lack of understanding, lack of affection, lack of love, jealousy and a lot many other ways.

BUT WHEN YOU ARE COMPLETE WITHIN YOURSELF, YOU FEEL SECURE, YOU FEEL SAFE, YOU FEEL ENOUGH, YOU BECOME LOVE, YOU CARE AND YOU UNDERSTAND.

BECAUSE YOU ARE SECURE IN YOUR MIND, YOU BECOME A GIVER - GIVER OF LOVE, GIVER OF CARE, GIVER OF AFFECTION, GIVER OF WARMTH, GIVER OF SOLACE, GIVER OF PLEASURE, GIVER OF HAPPINESS, GIVER OF PEACE, GIVER OF BLISS.

AND IT IS WHEN YOU GIVE - YOU WIN HEARTS, YOU BUILD FRUITFUL AND TRUE RELATIONSHIPS, YOU RECEIVE LOVE IN RETURN, YOU RECEIVE AFFECTION IN RETURN, YOU RECEIVE CARE IN RETURN, YOU RECIEVE PEACE IN RETURN!

But it all, my friend, STARTS FROM BEING YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND FIRST!

For Those of Who Understand Hindi, Let me Start With A Popular Saying -

YES, this is 100% True.

The way you perceive anything in life depends largely upon your outlook (nazar/nazariya). The moment you change your outlook towards things and various life situations to a more positive one, it magically changes everything, it alters your perception. And when your perception changes - your feelings change, your thoughts change, and suddenly from feeling unfortunate, you start feeling fortunate.

Let me explain this more clearly.

Though there might be people who might be going through really tough situations in life, but such people are very less in number (even such people have the power to change their life completely).

However, for most of the people - they have 99 good things in life, but 1 lacking in their life screws it all for them. The culprit here is their focus. Instead of keeping their focus on good things that they have in their lives, their entire focus remains on something that they lack in their life, something that they want but is not there.

Look around, look within and tell me if this happens or not?

ACKNOWLEDGING THE GOOD THINGS IN YOUR LIFE - COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS, IS THE GAME CHANGER HERE!

When you acknowledge good things in your life, it changes your outlook towards your own life completely. You start feeling fortunate for having things that you have. Would you trade your health for something else in life? So are you not fortunate if you are healthy?

When your outlook becomes positive, you start perceiving things as positive, and this is what creates peace in your heart and improves the quality of your life.

One Step At A Time - Don't Burden Yourself With Everything Altogether.

Do you remember 'Breaking the Bundle of Sticks' story you must have heard in your childhood?

A teacher calls his students and gives them a bundle of sticks. He asks them to break them together, which, for obvious reasons they couldn't. Then he asks them to break the thin sticks one by one, and when they do so, they are easily able to break the sticks.

This is exactly the mistake a lot of people make when it comes to changing things that they want to change about themselves - habits, weaknesses, personality aspects etc.

The day they feel motivated and inspired, they try to change everything about themselves in a single go - sleep habits, food habits, regular exercise, learning a skill - everything altogether!

And then they fail..

They continue with the change for a few days and since it gets burdensome for their system to cope up with so much of a change and an absolutely new way of living, THEY GIVE UP.

This is the story of a lot of people.

Studying For Long Durations Without A Break Slows Down The Brain

Breaks Between Studies Aren't A Waste of Time - Infact They'll Expedite Your Learning!

Here's the explanation along with a related SCIENTIFIC STUDY -

Taking purposeful breaks from study to refresh your brain and body increases your energy, ability to focus and hence your productivity.

In 2011, University of Illinois psychology professor Alejandro Lleras led a study to determine the effectiveness of prolonged work or study periods without a break.

The result of this study was summarized in the following - From a practical standpoint, our research suggests that, when faced with long tasks (such as studying before a final exam or doing your taxes), it is best to impose brief breaks on yourself. Brief mental breaks will actually help you stay focused on your task!

There are hundreds of such studies which support the fact that taking breaks between Studies improve learning and academic performance.

STUDYING THE RIGHT WAY WILL IMPROVE YOUR LEARNING AND MEMORY.

What To Do During A Study Break?

The whole idea behind taking breaks while studying is to REFRESH THE BRAIN AND THE BODY.

The brain gets slow when it is made to work without a break. The learning, grasping and memorizing powers of the brain go down in such a scenario. The body feels tired too.

Hence, I suggest taking breaks so that you can go back to study reenergized after the break. This would ensure optimum utilization of your brain power thereby enhancing your learning and academic performance.

But sometimes students don't get the idea right. Hence I am sharing in this post the BEST ACTIVITIES TO RECHARGE YOUR BRAIN. Also, in the next post to this one, I'll share activities that you should avoid completely while on a break, as those activities keep your brain in the work mode, because of which even though you are at rest, your brain doesn't get it.

The best activities while on a study break are as follows -
  • Deep Breathing - Deep Breathing while on a break will provide more oxygen to your brain thereby relaxing it completely. Various studies have also shown that deep breathing enhances memory recall too. It would also reduce your study stress as well.
  • Relaxation Meditation - In 2011, Sara Lazar and her team at Harvard found that mindfulness meditation can actually change the structure of the brain: Eight weeks of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was found to increase cortical thickness in the hippocampus, which governs learning and memory. Simply put, if you are meditating you are indirectly strengthening your hippocampus thereby improving your memory.
  • Walk in a Park - An easy comfortable stroll while listening to the chirping of birds and looking at the beauty of the sky and the plants in the easiest way to refresh brain and the body.
  • Stretch Your Body - This would let go of all the tension in the body because of sitting in the same posture while studying. Stretching has been shown to increase serotonin levels — i.e., the hormone that helps stabilize our mood, reduce stress, and overall makes us feel good — which causes a decrease in depression and anxiety.
  • Take a Short Nap - If you are feeling very tired, a 20 minutes power nap refreshes the body and the brain completely. Many research and studies have shown that napping has cognitive benefits with people who have had a short nap performing better in the cognitive tests hours afterwards than counterparts who did not nap.

What Not To Do On A Study Break?

Make it a point to refrain from the activities mentioned below, while on a study break -

  • Don't Use Social Media
  • Don't Watch TV
  • Don't Play Video Games
  • Don't Talk Too Much On The Phone

The whole idea behind taking a study break is to refresh the brain, so that it works at its optimum level after taking rest.

However, activities like watching TV, surfing social media, talking on the phone or playing a video game keep the brain busy and don't allow it to rest. Though you might think that you are relaxing but that won't be the truth.

If you indulge in such activities then your brain would still be tired after the break, which would directly affect your learning process.

Instead, indulge in brain relaxation activities that I wrote in my last post.

Destiny Can Be Changed Through God’s Energy.

Astrology is a science and it's true that a human life is governed by his planetary positions. But this is just HALF THE TRUTH since the effect of planets can be altered completely. DESTINY CAN BE ALTERED 100%.

Everything that we experience is an outcome of ENERGY. What do you call energy in Hindi? SHAKTI. Shakti means Power.

Who is Shakti in Hindu mythology? The Mother (Devi Maa) who is the cause and the power behind this whole eternity. Mother is the one who gives birth. So it is this Shakti, the Divine Consciousness, that gave birth to this Universe, and hence is called Maa. Gave birth as in the power and force behind everything that is there.

Planets, driven by a person's own past karmas and the Jeevatma's (Soul) own conscious choice before taking birth, spell a particular energy on a person's life, which results in specific outcomes. And this spell of energy (Shakti) is what we call DESTINY. The reason astrologers suggest gem stones is to alter this planetary energy through these gem stones. But a lot of times gem stones don't seem to bring major changes in people's lives, reason being even if they alter energy, the core reasons like karmic debts which are responsible for producing that unwanted energy are still in place, and hence unwanted energy keeps getting produced. And this would keep on happening until the core reason is taken care of.

Anyway, the concept is simple - you change the energy and life situations would change, be it any situation.

A human being is governed by planetary energy only till the moment he doesn't learn and master ways to alter his energy, through Karmic and Emotional cleansing with the help of Divine Cosmic Energy (that different people call by different names - Shakti, Devi Maa, God's Grace, Kripa and so on).

Once a person learns and masters the process of releasing his past karmas through connecting to SHAKTI, he liberates himself from the effects of his planetary positions and gets complete control over his life situations. HE BECOMES A MASTER OF HIS LIFE. THIS IS THE ETERNAL TRUTH.

A Seeker Reaches The State Of Dhyan (Thoughtlessness) As They Keep Practicing Meditation - It Is Unrealistic To Expect This To Happen Every Day From The Very First Day.

Habits govern life, they govern us. Ask a person who is in the habit of sleeping late in the night to start sleeping early, and you would come to know how powerful habits are. Try and change even the smallest of your habits, and you would realize how much effort it requires to be able to do that.

Ongoing thinking is a habit for vast majority of people on this planet. According to surveys, a person experiences approximately 80000 thoughts in a day - that's an unbelievable number!

Now is it a realistic expectation to expect from such a 'Habitual Thinker' to be able to stop thinking during his very first meditation or during the beginning days? Well that is what a lot of amateur meditation teachers do. They ask new seekers to stop their thoughts without making them aware that what they actually want the seeker to do is 'Practice' remaining thoughtless for as much time as they could, may be for as short a time as just a few seconds, and gradually it would become easy and effortless once the inner cleansing takes place. They don't tell the seekers to be patient and gentle with themselves, and not expect experiencing Deep Dhyan on the very first day.

Most of the seekers, when they don't experience anything in accordance with their unrealistic expectations which were not set right, either feel that it's beyond their capabilities to meditate, or think of the whole process of meditation a faulty one, and stop meditating after a few days. They lose interest in meditation forever!

What I have written above is a very common story. Don't let it become your story.

Whatever is happening in this Universe has a reason behind. Accordingly everything that is happening in a person's life, good or bad, has a cause. PRESENT SITUATION IS WHAT A PERSON DESERVES IN THIS VERY PRESENT MOMENT!

Whenever I talk about this, there's one common question I face often - What did a newborn who has taken birth in a rich family do to be born in a rich family? He is just a newborn and hasn't done anything deserving yet! He is just someone born with a silver spoon.

So, do you think a child's birth whether in a rich or a poor family is a mere fluke? Think again!

In order to get a proper understanding of this, it is first important to understand 'THE CORRECT MEANING OF DESERVING'. It isn't just an individual's worldly aspects like looks, skills, qualifications etc. that make him deserving or non-deserving. Instead it's the 'CAUSE' playing in the background, which makes a person either well qualified or illiterate, supremely skilled or lacking any skill whatsoever, that makes a person 'DESERVING OR NON DESERVING'.

THE CAUSE IS THE KARMA - THE IMPRESSIONS THAT A PERSON DOWNLOADS FROM VARIOUS SITUATIONS, HIS EMOTIONS, HIS PERCEPTIONS. THEY ARE THE REASONS BEHIND ALL MANIFESTATION, AND BASED ON WHICH A SOUL DECIDES WHETHER TO TAKE BIRTH IN A RICH OR A POOR FAMILY, AND OTHER LIFE SITUATIONS.

So when I say 'BECOME DESERVING', I mean 'CHANGING THE SUBCONSCIOUS WIRING AND LETTING GO OF ALL BLOCKAGES WHICH ARE THE REASONS BEHIND UNWANTED SITUATIONS AND ARE HINDRANCES IN THE GOODNESS IN LIFE'.
