Mentorship & Basic Meditation Program For Children & Teenagers

Purpose

To teach some basic mind and body relaxation meditations and breathing exercises to children & teenagers so that they are better equipped to cope up with the study and academic demands. To also create an understanding in them of the right way of living life to stay mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.

The participants would learn about the following focus areas in this program & experience the following benefits -

  • Mentorship on important topics like fundamental human mental & physical needs, ingredients of a good life, individual qualities required to build a good life & how to build these qualities. Such topics will give the right direction to their mind & make them more focused, dedicated, motivated, sensible & goal oriented. This will give right direction to their life & hence ensure success, achievements & goodness further in their life.
  • Mind body relaxation meditation – will help participants stay in joyful happy mood and positive frame of mind throughout the day. Will also help participants relax their mind and body immediately in stressful life situations. Will also improve the physical health of the participants. Will also improve focus, memory & concentration.
  • Powerful breathing relaxation techniques - will help participants relax their mind and body immediately in stressful situations. Will also improve the physical health of the participants.

Duration – 12-14 hours approximately (divided in 1 hour or 2 hours session a day)

Program Type – Group & Individual both.
